Sessions and workspaces#
A workspace records an allowed repository. A durable session binds work, provider execution and evidence to that workspace.
Before you start#
- Repository path is allowed and canonical.
- The primary checkout's current changes are understood.
- Writable work has a Git repository and sufficient worktree storage.
Create sessions through the dashboard or supported local CLI. Use read-only for inspection. A writable session receives an isolated worktree and exclusive writer lease. Do not manually edit a leased worktree from another process.
Attach to an existing session with:
syndicate session list
syndicate session attach <session-id>Stop a session explicitly when work is finished.
Verify#
Inspect the session in the dashboard, run git worktree list in the source
repository and confirm its branch contains only intended changes. Preserve
useful commits before disposing of any worktree.
If it does not work#
